We recommend wearing the KOSMODISK ACTIVE Sports Belt for at least three hours per day and to occasionally unfasten it, so that your body does not become too dependent on the support.

PLEASE NOTE: This product MUST be worn for at least 3 hours per day for 21 days in a row, can be worn either over or under light clothing. However you will experience the best effects when wearing them directly on the skin.

The lumbar KOSMODISK® can be easily removed from the back belt and applied on the elastic straps within a minute with four unique clips (sliders). This combination is more suitable while resting or sleeping.

If you need to clean the lumbar KOSMODISK®, please do so with warm water and a brush. Use a biodegradable soap which does not irritate the skin. Do not attempt to wash your lumbar Kosmodisk in your washing machine. The belt is machine washable at 40°C. Do not wash it at higher temperatures, because you can damage it. DO NOT iron the belt!

The KOSMODISK® will work as long as its shape remains undamaged. Before using the KOSMODISK®, inspect the product for any damage.
